You may collect your items from the Two Oceans Marathon Offices at
125 Main Road
Bergvliet
Cape Town
South Africa
Collections are only allowed between 9am and 3pm on weekdays (Monday—Friday).
Your parcel will be ready for collection in approximately 3 days after we have
received your payment. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
You may also have your parcel couriered to your nearest PEP Store via Paxi Parcel Delivery.
Paxi is a delivery service that couriers parcels from one PEP Store to another.
This is at a cost of R110.
Terms and Conditions
T-Shirts
- There will be no refunds or exchanges on T-shirts.
- You will be provided with the gender and size you order.
- Size curves may vary from year to year.
Gift Cards
- You may load the gift card with any SA Rand (ZAR) amount of your choosing.
- The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.
- No change or refunds.
- You may transfer the gift card (i.e. buy it for someone else to use). TOM accepts no liability if the gift card is redeemed by someone else other than the intended recipient.
- Gift card amounts are redeemable against any merchandise currently on the e-commerce portal, or against any race accepting entries at the time of redemption.
- If redeemed in lieu of, or towards a race entry, all entry Ts and Cs apply, e.g. You must meet all race requirements such as meeting any applicable medical and qualifier requirements.
- Gift cards may be redeemed against purchases of a higher value, provided that the difference is paid in cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.
